Cancel any time. No surprise fees.
You should never need a lawyer to leave a vendor. Here’s exactly how cancellation works for every Flynaut CyberHub plan - in plain English.
This Cancellation Policy supplements the Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) you signed when you bought your protection plan. It explains how to cancel, what happens to your data, and what we charge for early termination (spoiler: nothing).
Annual plans - 60 days’ notice
If you signed a 12-month MSA (Essential, Professional, or Fortress on an annual term), you can cancel by:
- Sending written notice to support@flynaut.com at least 60 days before your renewal date; OR
- Clicking Cancel my plan from your Subscription page (same effect, instant timestamp).
We’ll confirm receipt in 1 business day and your engagement will end on your renewal date. There is no early-termination fee on annual plans. You owe only the remaining months of the term you committed to.
What if I miss the 60-day window?
The plan renews for another 12 months on the existing terms. You can still cancel mid-term, but we’ll invoice you for the remaining months of the renewed term. We’ll never re-quote you at a higher rate at renewal without your written agreement - see Price stability below.
Month-to-month plans - 30 days’ notice
Month-to-month dealers can cancel by:
- Sending written notice to support@flynaut.com at least 30 days in advance; OR
- Clicking Cancel my plan from your Subscription page.
Your service ends 30 days from the notice date. You are billed normally for those final 30 days. There is no penalty, no fee, and no clawback of any onboarding investment.
Price stability built in
We do not auto-ratchet your price at renewal. Here’s what we DO instead:
- We send you a renewal proposal 75 days before renewal with the rate for the next term clearly stated.
- If pricing has changed, we explain why - and offer 30 days for you to accept or move to a lower tier without penalty.
- If you don’t respond, your existing rate carries forward into the next term.
What happens to my data?
When you cancel, here’s the deal with your dealership data:
- Export window: for 30 days after your end date, you can export everything as JSON or CSV from Profile → Data export.
- Read-only access: during those 30 days, your CyberHub portal stays accessible in read-only mode so you can pull historical reports.
- Deletion: on day 31, we hard-delete every record we held about your dealership (assessments, gaps, files, support tickets) from production. Encrypted backups roll off within 90 days.
- Attestation evidence: we keep a copy of any signed annual attestation you generated for the period required by law (typically 7 years) so your carrier can verify if asked.
If something goes wrong
If you believe Flynaut materially breached the MSA - for example, a critical SOC outage that violates your tier’s SLA - you can terminate immediately with 7 days’ written notice describing the breach. We’ll either fix it within the 7 days or close the engagement with a pro-rated refund of any prepaid amounts for the remaining term.
How to send notice
Pick whichever is easiest:
- Email support@flynaut.com with subject “Cancel - [Your dealership name]”.
- From your portal: Subscription → Cancel my plan.
- Call your advisor - they can file the notice on your behalf.
